  1. The employer logs into Mudad Business and selects the contract documentation service.
  2. Select the employee concerned with the contract documentation and complete their data.
  3. Send the contract to the employee to confirm its documentation via the Wage Protection System "Mudad," and the employee must agree to the documentation within a specified period to avoid automatic cancellation.
  4. The employee has the right to accept or reject the contract documentation, providing reasons for any rejection, allowing the employer to correct errors and re-submit the contract.
